As the presentation box is also a symbol of giving, it is important to us, if you are purchasing a gift, that the recipient’s first contact with their Rolex sets the stage for revealing what lies within.

Before you leave with your Rolex watch, your Official Rolex Retailer will prepare it for you to wear. They will wind the watch fully, set the time, date and day, check the functions and verify the tightness of the crown. Inside the presentation box, they will place your watch's user manual, with instructions on how to use and care for your watch. Your Official Retailer will then fill out and date the Rolex guarantee card, that certifies your watch's authenticity.
