Our RCPO programme vouches for the authenticity of second-hand Rolex watches that are at least three years old and offered for sale by our Official Retailers displaying the special Rolex Certified Pre-Owned plaque. The experts in our worldwide network meticulously verify each component of every watch trusted in their care. The RCPO programme therefore guarantees that these watches are, without exception, genuinely authentic. It fully demonstrates our perpetual quest for excellence.

The Rolex guarantee and service procedure

Starting from their date of purchase, our Rolex Certified Pre-Owned watches benefit from a two-year international guarantee. They are available at our Official Retailers who have adhered to the programme. All come with a distinct seal and guarantee card that attest to their authenticity and proper functioning. From arrival in-store to final bracelet sizing, acquiring an RCPO watch is the promise of a true Rolex experience.
