Ruoning Yin began her professional career in 2020, setting multiple records on the China LPGA Tour before making her mark internationally.
She achieved her first LPGA Tour victory at the DIO Implant LA Open in April 2023. Shortly thereafter, still aged just 20, she won the KPMG Women's PGA Championship – becoming only the second women’s major winner from China – further elevating her status in the game.
In September 2023, Yin reached the pinnacle of women’s golf by becoming World No. 1, a significant milestone reflecting her hard work and dedication. With five career wins on the LPGA Tour – three in 2024 alone – and multiple top 10 finishes, she continues to reach for the heights and inspire a new generation of golfers.
