Born in France, Kevin Staut’s equestrian journey began early, aided by his natural affinity for horses and competition.

His breakthrough came with an individual gold medal at the 2009 European Championships, cementing his status as one of the top riders in the sport. One of his most memorable recent triumphs came in 2024 when he won the Rolex Grand Prix de Dinard – part of the Rolex Series – a victory that was particularly special as it took place in front of a home crowd. That win showcased not only Staut’s skill but also the deep connection he forms with his horse. His success extends to the prestigious Rolex Grand Slam of Show Jumping Majors, where he has achieved impressive results, taking victory in the Rolex Grand Prix at the CHI Geneva in 2010 and at The Dutch Masters in 2014. He also won the Rolex IJRC Top 10 Final in 2017.
