Jeroen Dubbeldam has established himself as one of the foremost figures in international show jumping.

Known for his precision, strategic approach and calm demeanour, Dubbeldam has achieved remarkable success, including winning individual and team titles at the Olympic Games and World Championships.

Individual and team glory

Jeroen Dubbeldam’s equestrian journey began in the Netherlands where he developed a passion for horses and riding at a young age.

His career took off with a significant win in 1994 when he won an individual gold medal with his horse Killarney at the European Young Rider Championships.

His individual gold at the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games propelled him into the global spotlight and underscored his immense talent. Building on this success, Dubbeldam has continued to achieve at the highest levels, including winning individual and team gold at the 2014 World Equestrian Games™ in Normandy and at the 2015 European Championships in Aachen. These remarkable achievements make him one of the few riders to hold all those titles simultaneously. He was also a key member of the Dutch team that won team gold at the 2006 World Equestrian Games™ in Aachen, showcasing his unwavering commitment and skill in both individual and team competitions.

Dubbeldam has achieved notable Grand Prix victories at prestigious events such as the CHIO Aachen in 2001 and the CSIO Spruce Meadows ‘Masters’ Tournament in 2010, both part of the Rolex Grand Slam of Show Jumping.
