Our sustainability strategy
We have built our sustainability strategy around two key areas.
Sustainable watches – true to our watchmaking expertise and spirit of innovation, we are committed to creating sustainable watches. To this end, we rely on responsible management of our supply chain, as well as on preserving and passing on our expertise. This commitment involves, among other things, rigorous traceability. We also incorporate the principles of eco-design and the circular economy into our manufacturing processes, whilst maintaining our standards of excellence.
A socially responsible company – we put people at the heart of everything we do, whether they are our employees, our partners or local communities. We are committed to providing our teams with the best possible working conditions and conduct all our activities in accordance with ethical standards and best practices. We are also committed to incorporating environmentally friendly processes, optimizing the use of natural resources and implementing concrete measures to reduce our environmental impact. Finally, through our Perpetual Initiatives, we support projects aimed at protecting the planet and promoting artistic expression.

We have created a strong governance model, supported by our executive leadership, to define a sustainability policy and to ensure it is implemented in a tangible way across all our activities, in Switzerland as well as within our affiliates. This governance framework includes a dedicated ethics and compliance structure.
Our code of conduct
We have also set out our sustainability commitments in a code of conduct encapsulating the values, ethics and internal standards that have shaped our company since it was founded.
This document defines the framework we all commit to in order to ensure ethical and responsible business conduct. Based on our core values – the perpetual quest for quality, the spirit of innovation and the pursuit of excellence – the code of conduct promotes a healthy working environment, integrity in our business activities and the preservation of our way of working.
