The Federer Foundation
Founded by Roger Federer in 2003, the Federer Foundation works across Southern Africa and Switzerland to strengthen early and foundational learning systems, helping every child gain the opportunity to thrive.
Working alongside governments, local organizations and communities, it focuses on sustainable, locally led solutions that create lasting change. By the end of 2025, the Foundation had reached 3.82 million children, strengthened 18,445 educational institutions and supported the training of more than 72,000 teachers.
